Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Watchwords, a paid service that watches X keywords and AI answers, then alerts you when your brand shows up. By creating an account or paying, you agree to them.

The service

Plans are monthly (Founder, Startup, Enterprise). Monitoring stays locked until payment succeeds. Startup and Enterprise include AI visibility scans. Founder can buy a one-time AI scan. Enterprise includes AI visibility PDF reports; other plans can buy a PDF for an extra one-time fee. Facebook, Slack, and agency seats are not part of the current service.

What we do not promise

Scans run once a day and when you click Scan. We do not catch every mention on the internet. X, AI providers, email, push, and Telegram can fail, rate-limit, or change their terms. Results are for your own monitoring, not legal, PR, or investment advice.

Your account

You must give a real email and keep your login safe. You are responsible for the keywords and brand details you enter. Do not use the service to harass people or to break the law. We may suspend an account that abuses the product or our providers.

Payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Stripe collects payment and applicable VAT where registered. Upgrades are charged as the plan difference. Downgrades apply to keyword limits immediately. You can cancel in Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period unless you cancel immediately. One-time add-ons (AI scan, PDF) are not subscriptions.

Deletion

You can delete your account from Billing or Pricing. That removes your Watchwords data, Stripe customer, and Clerk login. It cannot be undone.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed mentions, third-party outages, or indirect loss. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
